Age
BAYNNA is for adults: you must be 18 or older. If the birth year entered is below the minimum, no account is created and nothing from that request is kept.
What the service is
- BAYNNA is peer support and self-care tools. It is not a medical provider, a therapy service or an emergency service.
- What members write is personal experience, not professional advice.
- The AI companion (if you turn it on) is a reflection tool, not a specialist; it doesn't diagnose or prescribe.
- Reports and summaries are numbers from your own self-reports, not a clinical assessment or a diagnosis.
If you are in danger right now, call local emergency services immediately.
Community rules
By using the community you agree to the community rules (R1 to R11). We use the lightest action that stops the harm, every decision names the rule that applied, and you can appeal within 30 days.
Safety is always free
Crisis resources, the safety plan and the “I'm not okay” button never require payment, and are never removed by a moderation action.
Your account
- You can export your data, deactivate your account, or delete it permanently at any time.
- Permanent deletion happens after a 7-day grace period, and you can cancel it during that time.
Changes
If the terms or privacy policy change materially, we ask you to accept the new version. That request never appears in front of crisis resources or the safety plan.
